Slotted board walls that split a box into compartments - ideal for bottles and jars.
A raised floor that lifts your product to the lid for a stronger first reveal.
It is an insert cut from flat board with a steel die shaped to your design, then folded or slotted into place.
Because the die is made for your product, every insert comes out identical - the same fit in the first box and the ten-thousandth. They ship flat and fold up fast on the packing line.
You can select cardboard for a clean, printable finish, or corrugated for strength in transit.
Cardboard die cut inserts are light, low cost and can carry your print. Corrugated adds cushioning and rigidity for heavier products and anything that ships.
A die cut insert can be printed in your colours, so the inside of your box is as branded as the outside.
Print a pattern, a thank-you line or simple instructions on the face customers see when they lift the lid. Need foam's protection with the same printed look? A printed foam insert puts a printed card over the foam.
See plain and printed versions of each kind on our Inserts pages: cardboard, corrugated and foam.
We draw the insert's dieline with the box it sits in, so the two fit each other perfectly.
Dieline support is free, and you approve a digital proof before anything is cut.
