Soft, snug foam in a colour of your choice, cut around your product - the clean look of premium electronics and accessories.
Our most protective inserts: foam cut to hold your product snugly and cushion it from knocks. Choose plain foam in a colour that suits your box, or a printed card on top, so it looks like a printed insert with foam's softness underneath.

Soft, snug foam in a colour of your choice, cut around your product - the clean look of premium electronics and accessories.

A printed card laminated on top of the foam and cut with it: your artwork on show, foam's protection underneath.
It is a block of foam cut with cavities shaped to your product, so it sits snugly and is cushioned on every side.
Foam absorbs knocks and drops better than any board, and holds a product firmly without scratching it, so it is the usual choice for glass, electronics and anything fragile or high-value. It suits rigid and magnetic boxes in particular, where a snug, cushioned fit feels as premium as it protects.
Unlike board inserts, foam is cut as a block rather than folded, so it arrives ready to use.
Plain foam is chosen by colour - its smooth cut face is the finish.
Black and charcoal foam look sleek and hide marks; white and grey suit lighter, cleaner packaging. The colour shows on the top face and inside every cavity, so pick one that sets off your product.
Plain foam is the simpler and lower-cost of the two, and the classic look for tech, tools and accessories.
A printed card or paper sheet is laminated onto the top of the foam, and the two are cut together, so the print and the cavities line up exactly.
When the box opens, the customer sees your artwork - a logo, a pattern, a product name - with the product sitting in its cut-out. Underneath, the foam still cushions it. Premium electronics and accessories are often packed this way, because it combines a branded reveal with real protection.
The foam itself is not printed: the card top carries the artwork and covers the foam's face, so the foam shows only at the cut edges and inside the cavities. Choose a foam colour that suits the print.
Choose foam when the product is fragile, valuable or must not move at all.
Glass bottles, fragrance, electronics, watches and jewellery all suit it. For light retail products a cardboard insert is enough and costs less, and for sturdy goods that simply need keeping apart, corrugated dividers do the job.
We size the foam to the inside of the box it sits in, so the lid closes cleanly on a snug fit.
Dieline support is free, and you approve a digital proof before anything is cut or printed.
